Getting Ready

I haven't entertained in months {which kind of makes we sad}.  Last year we had people over every weekend but life changes, people move and new gathering spaces are found.

With my SIL coming in town tomorrow I have been like a mad woman crafting, dusting, laundry and everything else all while having an awful cold.  She is a neat freak and I am not, hence all the cleaning.

The crayons have been glued now I just need to melt the wax.  Fingers crossed this turns out well.

I have a large canvas over my bed.  I painted song lyrics on it and hated it {I messed up with the spacing}.  I painted over it and in big letters painted "You are my happiness."  It looks pretty cool.

This is my inspiration for my picture wall. The layout has been set, now all I need to do it hang the pictures.  

There is lots to do between now and tomorrow, but I couldn't be more exciting doing it.  Here's to the next 1.75 days flying by:)
