Get Your Run On

At the beginning of the year I told myself I was going to get back into running.  It was something that I missed towards the end of last year and the scale showed it.  The first few times back were so hard that I thought about quitting, but then I though do I really want to feel like a fat-ass anymore.  Clearly the answer was no therefore I continued.  In a month I have shaved 10 minutes off my route and can run a 9:30 mile.  It's the small victories friends:)
