I have a new obsession: Pink & Gray! If I were to get married again these would totally be our wedding colors. Revlon has the best pink (Candy) and gray (Hazy) nail polish colors too. They are so complementary. Since I am not getting married or renewing my vows anytime soon I will dream of owning a home where I can incorporate these colors one day...

Perfect Pillows
I might be the most indecisive person I know. Most days I can't make up my mind to save my life. Yesterday MG asked me if this is how is it going to be for the rest of our lives. Thanks Babe :)
For about a year I have been trying to find the perfect pillows for our couch. You think that this would be an easy task except what I originally wanted, navy blue zig zag pillows. These are extremely hard to come by and when I did the price was a little out of control. So then I thought about these pillows, but I couldn't commit to a color scheme.
I have spent countless hours looking for pillows, but I could never find the perfect print, until yesterday. It had been a few weeks since I scoured Etsy and what did I find? The perfect print.
I would like to introduce you to my new pillows
{a little dramatic, yes, but I am over the moon happy!}

Just Call Me Susie Homemaker!
I love Chevron print! In fact I think I might be obsessed with it, but I think a house full of it might be a little much. Last year on Etsy I found black and white chevron curtain panels and fell in love. Ask my sister-in-law-for the past year I have been talking about making them, but haven't until now.
I am not quite sure what came over me a few weeks ago, but I decided I had to find the fabric and make them. I logged on to Fabric.com, found my fabric for about $7 per yard, measured, ordered and on Sunday went to town.
Using heat and bond, my iron, patients and the Bachelorette I finished the first panel in just under an hour. The second one took about 45 minutes. Honestly if I knew it was going to be this easy I would have done it a long time ago. On Saturday we went to T@rget to get a curtain rod and clips. The whole project cost me about $90 which I think is pretty great.
The curtains completely change the room. I have found myself staring at them before I go to bed at night. Weirdo, I know ;) Pictures taken from my iphone so I apologize for the bad quality.

The fabric sprawled out between my entry way-family room-eating area.
Fold fabric, place heat and bond in the correct location and iron. Easy as pie!
Bedroom window before. I hate vertical blinds!

Our new curtains!
I love them!
They do close completely which is great so I don't have to see those awful vertical blinds anymore.

Our New Baby
A few weeks ago water was spilled on our laptop during a dance party:( We can't live without a computer. We had to bite the bullet and get a new one, but not just any computer-the most expensive Apple desktop available-not my idea {I would have taken an iPad}. Last night our new computer arrived! In the long run I know it is a good investment. We will have this for 5+ years. MAG will be able to edit/work with no problems. He was like a kid in a candy store last night loading Final Cut Pr0-nerd alert. It will make his life a lot easier. Here is a picture of our new baby and MAG's workspace!

PS. 6 days until I leave for Alpheretta:) So excited to see everyone!

Pillows
As you know I am obsessed with finding the perfect pillows for our couch. I have known exactly what I want for almost a year but have been unable to find them, until now. They are $180! Can we say OVERPRICED! Sorry I am just a little annoyed right now.
