I think I can. I think I can.

A few weeks ago, Tess posted these questions on her blog. I immediately couldn’t wait to do it on mine as well. So thanks Tess for posting these! If you choose to answer the questions please let me know. I would love to read about how you stay or try to stay healthy.

1. What did you eat for breakfast? Typical breakfast for me is Okios Fruit on the bottom Greek Yogurt and a banana

2. How much water do you drink a day? Between 6-9 glasses depending on if I worked out or not

3. What is your current favorite workout? Circuit Training

4. How many calories do you eat daily? on a good day 1300, on a over eating day no more than 1800

5. Favorite healthy snacks: celery and peanut butter, strawberries, carrot sticks and hummus, almonds

6. What do you usually eat for lunch? This is my bad meal of the day, low-soduium lunch meat (ham or turkey) on a dinner roll with swiss cheese along with salt and pepper chips (1 oz) and a diet dr. pepper

7. What is your favorite body part to strength train? My legs, although I hate lunges so this makes it quite challenging

8. What is your least favorite body part to strength train? Abs

9. What are your ‘bad’ food cravings? Peanut Butter M&M’s and baked goods

10. Do you take vitamins or supplements? I own them, but I don’t take them

11. How often do you eat out? About twice per week, on the weekends only

12. Do you eat fast food? If Chick-fil-a counts then yes, but not often and I typically get salads and pick and M’s fries

13. Who is your biggest supporter? M.  Almost every morning I get out of bed and say, “Do I look skinner today?”  His answer is always yes.  {I might be a little vain.}

14. Do you have a gym membership? Nope.  I take workout classes with my co-workers two nights per week and then run on the weekend

15. How many hours of sleep do you get a night? During the week about 7, weekends about 9

16. Do you have a ‘cheat’ day? I don’t plan for a cheat day each week but sometimes they happen so I just accept it and start over the next day

17. Do you drink alcohol? Not really anymore and shockingly I don’t miss it.

18. Do you have a workout buddy? Yes, Katie, we workout 2X per week together and hike a couple times a month.  We have the same fitness goals so it is wonderful to have someone I can relate to.

19. What is the best thing that has changed about your life since committing to a Healthy Lifestyle? I feel amazing.  Yes, I step on the scale a few times per week, but I am starting to realize it isn’t about that stupid number, it is about feeling good about yourself.  So clichĂ© I know.

20. What is the last healthy thing you did? I ran 2 miles in under 19 minutes last weekend, a new PR.

Hey Hey Healthy girl!! I'm still so impressed by you giving up alcohol and NOT missing it (too much)! That's so awesome and I'm sure your liver is loving on you!!

And 2 miles under 20 minutes is freaking amazing. You're killin' it.

Great job on running 2 under 20. Im not sure I can ever do that because I hate running so much but I know how great of an accomplishment that is! :)
