Today is my parent's birthday! Yep, you heard right, both of them. The even crazier thing is I was due on their birthday. My mom always jokes about how I would never want to actually share my birthday so I was 10 days late.
Mom & Dad,
I hope you two have a wonderful day that starts out with coffee on the deck enjoying the morning breeze before it gets too humid, then lunch with friends and a nice dinner together. In less than a month we will all be together and I can't wait to celebrate. A ticket home is pretty much the best birthday gift ever.

Thanks Brit:). We had a nice one... 61! Can hardly believe it. Just remember, life is like a good wine: it gets better with age. I know that is hard to believe, but it is so true. ( though I am sure that it changes in the 80's... I would imagine.). Just take good care of yourself!
