Late last year I was introduced to Soul Cycle. It is an NYC based spinning class that feels
like a club. Think dark room, amazing
remixes, crazy energy, bodies close together, yeah not your typical spin class
right? My co-workers and I became mildly
obsessed when I planned a ride late last year for our company. Being a girl who really doesn’t enjoy
spinning I was hesitant at first, but one class changed my mind.

The classes are expensive {$25} plus shoe rental {$3} so I don't go as often as I like, but they do offer community rides once or twice a week. Free classes + free shoes=totally there! Tomorrow is my first community ride at 6
AM. Wish me luck…that is early!

I LOVE SPIN! I would love to try this! I wonder if you have spin shoes, if you could just bring them with you? Maybe i'll see if my gym buddy would be up for a drive to LA!
